Luke Trevanion

The Santrev name has been built shed-by-shed with the hands-on involvement of three talented family members as Directors.

Santrev was formed in January 2000 by brothers Richard and Garry Sanday and Richards’ son-in-law Luke Trevanion. Luke learned the ropes managing the family’s 200,000 bird broiler farm before moving into the office to manage the shed building operation. While on the farm, Luke was responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation. His ability was recognised throughout the grower network with consistent top 10% bird performance outcomes over a six-year period.

In 2016, Richard and Garry confidently retired knowing Luke would remain in charge of overseeing all aspects of quality control, production, design and build, as well as managing the company’s sustained growth.

Craig Smith

Craig has enjoyed a career spanning more than 20 years in the building products and solutions markets, with extensive experience in Australia, China, and South East Asia. With a strong focus on delivering to promise, capability, continuous improvement and people. Craig is excited about the future at Santrev. “Our people are the backbone of our business”.

Managing Director

Luigi Di Clemente

Luigi attained a Bachelor of Business degree from the Queensland University of Technology and ha worked in various business projects with FarmMark and the livestock sector for the past 16 years. Resulting from his high level of industry exposure, Luigi has learnt that successful projects require a tailored solution that meets customers requirements and expectations, as well as ensuring that the project is not only cost-effective but forms a basis for the efficient and effective running of the farm.

Luigi also encourages the culture of developing strong ongoing relationships with customers to foster continual professional development and enhanced company systems within Santrev/FarmMark.

Gav Houston

Gav Houston, Partner at Pravar Group, specialises in strategic planning and leadership supported by a strong financial background.

Over the past 20 years, Gav has successfully led large organisations as a Chief Executive, Chief Financial Officer, and numerous General Management roles.  His experience spans a diverse number of industries including mining, utilities, manufacturing, Petroleum, real estate and professional services.

Gav’s credentials include a Bachelor of Business degree, CPA and postgraduate management qualifications.

Rob Kropp

Rob Kropp is the founder of the Pravar Group, a national consulting business specialising in the scaling of successful businesses.

Over the past decade, Rob and his team have consulted with over 150 business owners around Australia. Prior to founding the Pravar Group, Rob carried out various financial and human resource management roles, working across numerous industries including, taxation, non-for-profit, and mining.

Rob’s formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (Majoring in Accounting & Financial Planning) and a Masters of Management (Majoring in Human Resources).
