Leilani Glassie
Leilani became a part of Santrev in 2024.
Brydee Trevanion
Brydee became a part of Santrev in 2022, initially taking on the role of Contracts Administration Assistant. She currently serves as an Administration Officer, supporting our Lead Team Administrator, Leilani Glassie, with various administrative and executive responsibilities. Additionally, Brydee is an active member of the Santrev Farmmark Social Committee.
Outside of work, Brydee enjoys quality time with her three dogs, as well as with friends and family. She is also pursuing a Bachelor of Business at Queensland University of Technology.
Sales & Estimating
Mason Trevanion grew up on farms, gaining lifelong experience in agriculture, particularly in chicken farming. He has worked on various farms, learning all aspects of poultry operations and becoming an expert in the field.
As the Sales Estimator for his family’s business, Mason uses his extensive industry knowledge to provide accurate estimates for poultry operations. He ensures each farm receives tailored solutions that improve efficiency, sustainability, and productivity.
Outside of work, Mason enjoys supporting Collingwood in AFL and spending time with family and friends.
The Santrev name has been built shed-by-shed with the hands-on involvement of three talented family members as Directors.
Santrev was formed in January 2000 by brothers Richard and Garry Sanday and Richards’ son-in-law Luke Trevanion. Luke learned the ropes managing the family’s 200,000 bird broiler farm before moving into the office to manage the shed building operation. While on the farm, Luke was responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation. His ability was recognised throughout the grower network with consistent top 10% bird performance outcomes over a six-year period.
In 2016, Richard and Garry confidently retired knowing Luke would remain in charge of overseeing all aspects of quality control, production, design and build, as well as managing the company’s sustained growth.
Operations
Jarrod started with Santrev back in 2004 on the original farm in Purga Queensland, firstly he assisted with the fabrication of the sheds in the on-farm workshop then moved into a Site Supervisors role for over a decade and has worked on some large projects across Australia.
In 2016 he was offered a Farm Managers role in Victoria which he accepted to further his knowledge in the industry, after 4 years in this role across two different farms in Victoria, commercial and free-range he has now moved into a Project Management role with Santrev.
Jarrod enjoys meeting new people in the industry and is constantly amazed how far the industry has come in almost 20 years, he also loves being part of the Santrev team who all play their parts to deliver projects on time and within budget
In Jarrod’s spare time he loves spending it with his wife and two boys, he also loves to watch the occasional game of AFL.
Daniel joined the team in 2022 as a Project Manager with experience in all areas of fabrication and construction. Daniel has completed a trade apprenticeship in Engineering and holds a Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication and Welding) and a Certificate IV in Manufacturing Technology. With experience in fabrication and installation of structural steel, mechanical equipment, steel infrastructure works and pressure pipework. Daniel has worked on bulk handling and mining equipment, power stations, oil and gas facilities, bus stations, rail bridges, pedestrian bridges, stadiums, high rises, and motorways. Daniel has worked in the fabrication and construction industry for over 24 years and enjoys working as a team to ensure timely execution of projects.
In Daniel’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and surfing.
Finance
Malorie joined the Santrev/FarmMark team with a Bachelor of Commerce and over 15 years in company accounting. In Malorie’s role, she assists the Finance Manager and is responsible for contracts, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, project reporting, cashflow management, and software implementation.
In Malorie’s spare time she enjoys camping, watching movies and spending time with her husband, son and twin daughters.
Moreen joined the team in 2015 working for Riverlands Free Range Poultry Farm in Finance and Administration. In the last 7 years Moreen had worked within various entities owned by Santrev and is responsible for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and administration for Southern Riverlands Poultry, Allans Creek Poultry, FarmMark and Santrev. Moreen has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Management and Economics from the University of the South Pacific and has a background in the Human Resource and Training Sector.
In Moreens spare time she loves spending time with her family, watching her kids play rugby and cooking.
Commercial Team
Roslyn Hopper is an experienced professional with 29 years in banking, finance, and contract administration. She spent 16 years in banking and finance, followed by 13 years in the telecommunications industry. At Santrev, Roslyn supports the Commercial Manager and Project Managers, handling contract and subcontract preparation, supply agreements, project reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and subcontractor claims. She also assists with labor hire and site health and safety requirements.
Outside of work, Roslyn enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, as well as sewing, fishing, and reading.
Vicki is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. She was previously responsible for the financial management of the business and oversaw the Santrev finance team. In 2022 Vicki moved into the role of Commercial Manager where she oversees the Contract Administration team whilist working closely with the Executives and Project Management team. With a Masters’ degree in Commerce, Vicki has a focus on continuing education and staying current with changes in technology and systems development. This supports her emphasis on continual improvement within the business.
In her spare time, Vicki enjoys spending time with her family, running, yoga and being outdoors.
